Natural Fertility
These packages have been designed to offer a natural alternative to more invasive fertility procedures. The packages are designed so that either the male or female can receive treatment individually or jointly.
Individual Natural Fertility Package (For either the male or female)
One Osteopathic Check Up
Osteopathy has been used recently to work directly with the pelvis in cases of infertility. Poor pelvis function can have a knock on effect on the rest of the body leading to organ congestion which can often be the factor stopping the body from conceiving.
A Nutritional consultation
It is important to create the best environment inside the woman to fertilise an egg and diet plays a huge part in this. Alongside this diet also helps produce effective sperm. The Nutritionist will do an in depth analysis of you and your diet using a range of diagnostic aids. An individualised plan will then be designed to suit your specific needs. This should be done at least 4 months before the IVF cycle starts but is still beneficial if only 1 month before.
Acupuncture Sessions (depending on individual case- usually 6 but sometimes more/less)
Acupuncture has become a frontline therapy in boosting fertility for both men and women. It works by addressing the specific problems blocking the patient from getting pregnant. These can be gynaecological conditions such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids; or hormonal imbalance, irregular periods, early menopause symptoms; or even just stress, low energy, feeling run down. Male clients can be treated for problems with the production, shape and form, mobility and amount of sperm. *Chinese Herbs can often be beneficial working hand in hand with Acupuncture. This can be prescribed at an extra cost if necessary.
One session of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy
Mind therapies such as Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy can be invaluable in helping prepare the body and mind for the process of conception - whether assisted or not - so that they feel comfortable and in control throughout the experience and give themselves the greatest chance of success. Couples can be treated together so they learn the relaxation and visualisation techniques and help each other in practising them.
Homeopathic Consultation
Homeopathy helps on a physical, mental and emotional level supporting the fertility issues surrounding the couple. Remedies will be given to get the couple to the best optimum condition for conception to occur.

One Homeopathic consultation for both the male and female.
