htNutritionNutritional therapy aims to support the body’s natural healing processes creating a state of balance and well-being. A nutritional therapy programme is tailor-made for each individual client and is a holistic complementary therapy based on the most recent scientific research and clinical work.

Eating well makes us feel great and energised and makes us look good too.

Identifying the best foods for you is important and has incredible health giving effects. Eating should be an enjoyable and satisfying experience. Our nutritional therapists work to show you how to optimise your health through delicious foods and recipes.

You will be asked to complete a straightforward health questionnaire and a simple food diary prior to your appointment. During your initial consultation your nutritional therapist will go through your health concerns in detail, explain likely contributing factors to your health problems and agree a practical nutritional plan with you. This will include dietary advice, lifestyle changes and supplementation where appropriate. Biochemical tests such as nutrient levels, digestive analysis, food intolerance, hormone function, hair analysis test etc, may also be recommended to help identify the best therapeutic approach.

The emphasis will be on making your programme practical and enjoyable while achieving your health goals.

Follow up appointments are recommended to answer any queries and keep you on track towards achieving optimum health.
