The Vale Practice provides a comprehensive package which ensures you have all the services you require when you need them. Alternatively any element of the service can be provided separately.
Vale Complete
Pre Natal care/ Home visits
Birth attendance (wherever possible)
Post Natal Care
A One to one Pilates lesson (pre or post natal at home or The Vale)
Use of Tens machine 3 weeks before due date
1 Free admission to a workshop of your choice and a 20% discount to birth workshops
OR 1 course of Baby Massage Classes
Maternity/Breastfeeding bra fitting service at home
10% discount on all Vale services during your care for one year post partum
Water Birth
For an additional cost Vale birth can provide you with a birthing pool and the additional equipment required for your water birth aimed at providing a stress free home or hospital birth experience.
