Core Process Psychotherapy
Core Process Psychotherapy offers the client space and time to bring issues or problems that they may be struggling with, or that feel overwhelming. It allows us to explore more deeply the way we feel about ourselves and our lives, and to look for ways in which we can encourage healing, transformation and growth. It offers compassionate holding for the difficult feelings we may be experiencing, such as anger, frustration, grief, loss or despair, and offers us the opportunity to look for more space and balance in our lives.
Core Process Psychotherapy is a Buddhist oriented approach, which invites us to become more aware, mindful and present in ourselves. Embodied awareness holds the frame as we gently examine and work to dismantle the patterns and belief systems which have been governing our lives and holding us back from our essential well-being.
It is an opportunity to be met, to sit and talk or just 'be with' whatever arises in the session. To be who we are and move towards more of who and what we want to be.
Core Process believes in the intrinsic health and basic goodness that is at the heart of every human being, and awakens the possibility for transformation through awareness, presence and compassion.
